J. Derenzo Company completed all site work on this 10-building luxury apartment community
in Franklin, MA. Our work included:
- Drilling and blasting for site development;
- Excavation and backfill for the 10 building foundations;
- Installation of a 35-foot deep sewer pump station;
- Installation of all utilities including water, sewer and drainage;
- Installation of subsurface drainage infiltration systems;
- Installation of segmental block walls and rip rap slope stabilization treatment;
- Paving and curbing for site roadways and parking areas
