Located on the shores of the Mystic River, Skyline is a new mixed-use development in Medford,
MA. The development offers condominiums, apartment, office buildings, restaurants and shopping
in over 1 million square feet of space. J. Derenzo Company worked on the 127-unit condominium
building. Our work included:
- Excavation for the building;
- Installation of 856 linear feet of steel sheeting for temporary earth support;
- Bulk excavation of about 17,000 cubic yards for the underground parking structure;
- Construction dewatering;
- Transportation and disposal of 33,000 tons of contaminated soils;
- Installation of site utilities including water, sewer and drainage;
- Street restoration including cold planing and bituminous asphalt overlay
