As part of the development of the Shops at 5, the J. Derenzo Company completed off-site construction
activities to improve the regional transportation infrastructure. The work on this phase of the project
included the construction of new ramps to provide access to Route 3, along with new traffic signals,
stormwater drainage, curbing, paving and guardrail installation.
