J. Derenzo Company is conducting site development activities for MIT at their new Graduate Student
Hall located on Albany Street in Cambridge, MA. Our work includes the following:
- Remove and dispose of contaminated soils;
- Treat lead contaminated soils on site;
- Provide trenching, backfill and street repair for chilled and hot water lines in Albany Street;
- Excavate and backfill all foundations and grade beams;
- Place and fine grade media for slab on grade;
- Install electrical and telecom ductbanks;
- Install all site utilities including water taps at main and sewer main tie in
