This project involved the construction of a 146-unit, four-story, steel & concrete market-rate
condominium development located in the Little Neck area of Charlestown, MA. J. Derenzo Company’s work
on the site included:
- Excavation and disposal of contaminated soils;
- Over excavation and replacement of soils for building footings;
- Underground tank removal;
- Site utilities including water, sewer and drainage;
- Site Lighting, Electrical and CATV;
- Granite Curbing;
- Full depth roadway construction
