J. Derenzo Company completed the site work on this 41 building luxury apartment complex.
Our work included the following:
- Clean and grub the 25-acre site;
- Drill, blast and process 85,000 cubic yards of ledge;
- Balance the site cut and fills of about 124,000 cubic yards;
- Install 60,000 square feet of Keystone Walls;
- Excavate and backfill for the 41 building foundations;
- Install over 40,000 feet of utilities, including water, sewer, drainage and electric;
- Install sewer pump station;
- Install six stormceptor stormwater treatment units;
- Complete paving of all site roadways and sidewalks including installation of curbing
