As part of the development of a new IKEA furniture store, off-site roadway improvements were
mandated. J. Derenzo Company completed this work, including:
- Clearing new access road with roundabout to IKEA Furniture;
- Traffic signal conduit drilling/blasting;
- Stormwater drainage including outlet control structures and a vortechnics stormwater treatment system;
- Guardrails;
- Mortared stone walls
