J. Derenzo Company’s work on this project included all site work for Phase 2 of the retail shopping
plaza development, along with building pad preparation work for the proposed Target Department store.
The project was completed within an aggressive 45 day schedule, allowing the developer to meet the needs
of their tenants. J. Derenzo Company’s work included:
- All earthwork including excavation of 70,000 cubic yards;
- All site utilities including water, sewer, drainage, electric and CATV;
- Stormwater retention ponds including outlet control structures;
- Sewer pump station;
- Curbing, including granite and extruded concrete curbs:
- Building pad preparation and certification for a 120,000 square foot Target store
