This unique luxury rental community is set on 26 beautifully landscaped acres in both
Peabody and Danvers, MA, just 13 miles north of Boston. J. Derenzo Company completed the
site work on the 14-building apartment complex. Our work included:
- Excavation and backfill for the 14 building foundations;
- Jacking of 270-feet of 42-inch pipe to the adjacent Route 95;
- Construction of a sewer pump station;
- Installation of site utilities including water, sewer and drainage;
- Installation of a segmental block wall;
