J. Derenzo Company recently completed infrastructure work for the new Science Building at
Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. The infrastructure work included the following:
- Drilling, blasting and hammering ledge;
- Furnishing and installation of site utilities including water, sewer and drainage;
- Furnishing and installation, of a 100-foot long pre-cast utility tunnel under proposed building
- Furnishing and installation of steam and electrical vaults;
- Excavate and backfill for gas, electric, telecom and steam lines
