The Ridge at Blue Hills is a luxury apartment complex in Braintree, MA. The four apartment building
complex includes a club house and pool. J. Derenzo Company’s work at the site included:
- Over excavation and replacement of suitable soils for building pads;
- All site utilities including water, sewer and drainage;
- Versalock retaining wall construction;
- Granite curbing and concrete sidewalks;
- Site paving;
- Bird and bat house installation
