Company’s work at the project included:
- Clearing and grubbing the 10-acre development area;
- Balancing the site cut and fills;
- Excavation for the building foundations;
- Installation of versa lock retaining walls;
- Installation of all site utilities including water, sewer and drainage;
- Installation of eleven Stormtech/ADS stormwater treatment and detention systems:
- Installation of all site lighting;
- Installation of 3 sewer pump stations;
- Pavement of all site roads and sidewalks, including curbing
