J. Derenzo's affiliated company, Boston Environmental, is uniquely qualified to provide a complete

Boston Environmental operates the Haverhill landfill for the reuse of contaminated
soils meeting the Massachusetts DEP's Policy No. COMM-97-001 for unlined landfills. In addition, Boston
Environmental also operates the less than RCS-1 soils disposal facility at the Blue Hills Cemetery in
Braintree, which has almost 2 million cubic yards of capacity. These two facilities, along with our soil
treatment capabilities and preferred pricing agreement with other disposal facilities allows the J. Derenzo
Company an advantage over our competitors in working in the urban environment.

L&H Equipment
J. Derenzo's affiliated company L&H Equipment is a trucking and transportation company, employing
Teamsters from Local 4. L&H Equipment hauls and moves heavy equipment for J. Derenzo, and operates
trailer dumps and tri-axels to move materials.
